摘要:
燕麦具有丰富的营养价值和保健功能,除了有β-葡聚糖、植酸、维生素E、黄酮类等生物活性物质,还有一种只存在于燕麦中的化合物-燕麦蒽酰胺,其中含量较高有燕麦蒽酰胺2c、燕麦蒽酰胺2f和燕麦蒽酰胺2p三类,已经得到了人们广泛研究。本文对燕麦蒽酰胺结构、分布、生物活性(抗氧化、抗炎、抗癌等)进行了系统的综述,并对燕麦蒽酰胺的生产进行展望,以期为燕麦蒽酰胺的综合利用及相关天然抗肿瘤药物开发提供参考。
